8. Services Involving Drilling works
For any drilling work that will be drilled on marble, tile, stone, granite, and brick walls, there will be no warranty for cracks or breakage. Our installation team will perform the drilling work at the location as per the customer’s request. If there are damages to any concealed wiring or water pipes, we will not be liable for any compensation unless customers notified us prior to the installation.
If the drilling causes minor cracks or peeling off due to the build and durability of the wall, our team will touch up the wall using only putty and white paint. Any other wall paint colours will not be included.
In the event that there is damage caused during the installation, customers will be required to follow our company’s protocol as informed by our team. They will be required to submit to our customer service team the following – any videos or photos of the damaged/affected area such as the wall, product damage, screw holes, etc. It is advised to take multiple photos at different angles. After pictures are taken, the damages to the wall, product, or any other damages caused must remain in their original form until the investigation procedure is completed. However, shattered glass or other debris can be removed from the affected area.
Our team will conduct an investigation and provide the customers with the relevant support once the investigation is completed. If there are any changes made to the affected area or a report made after 24 hours, this may affect the outcome of the investigation.
